Built in 1912 and restored in 1995, The Pagoda retains its original Japanese architectural design conceived from a model displayed at the World’s Colombian Exposition in Chicago in 1893. As a community gathering place, The Pagoda was a popular site for picnics and concerts for residents to enjoy along the river. Now the home of the Evansville Convention and Visitor’s Bureau, The Pagoda is a great place for tourists to stop in, buy a souvenir and get information on the city!
