Mesker Park Zoo is one of the oldest and largest zoos in Indiana. Set in a 45-acre park, the zoo features 200 species and more than 700 animals roaming freely in natural habitats surrounded by exotic plants, wildflowers, and trees. Visit the Zoo’s geographically grouped and themed regions including South America, North America, Africa, Asia, and Australia. Throughout the Zoo, thousands of exotic and regional botanic species adorn hillsides and animal exhibits. Mesker Park Zoo and Botanic Garden is accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums.
